Structural integration deep tissue is a lot different than just going to have a deep tissue massage or a deep massage.
There are specific clothing that we call viewing clothing, because you are on and off the table so much. So that we can we can watch you move, we can watch you walk, we can compare you side to side, so we don’t use a top sheet, so we use viewing clothing, whatever you’re comfortable in but is still loose enough that we can move you around on the table and get to the rest of the body of the areas that we need to work on.
You also need to become hydrated. Bring a water bottle with you. Lots of people get cottonmouth as we’re going through because it is such deep work so, by all means, bring a water bottle with you and you can take breaks and have that.
